Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

New Order Shipment
Your new purchase or rental will be shipped by Day Violins in the most expeditious and cost effective means available. Day Violins typically uses a well-known carrier such as the US Postal Service, Federal Express, or United Parcel Service. Goods will usually be shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order. You will be notified of any delays in the shipping of your order.
The goal of Day Violins is to provide 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to Day Violins within 15 days of receipt.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
Your return item must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or other proof of purchase, together with enough information to process a refund, as appropriate.
Once your item has been received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your return after inspecting the returned item
If your return is approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to your credit card (or other method of payment). You will typically receive your refund after not more that 15 days after approval of your return.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund and we have been charged for return shipping, the costs of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
